Data Storage
In the context of facilitating the purchasing process and for later contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP address of the connection owner via cookies, along with name, address, email, payment information, and credit card details.

If the purchasing process is canceled, the stored data will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the statutory retention period (7 years). Name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase will also be stored until the end of product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out based on the legal requirements of § 96 (3) Telecommunications Act and Art. 6 (1) lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for contract performance) GDPR.
